● Located in Kawanehoncho, Shizuoka, a mountainous sloped region with significant temperature differences, less sunlight, and the blessings of the Oi River's mist, resulting in soft tea leaves. This is a [high-quality tea-producing region within Shizuoka].

● We strive to make tea that makes you think, I want another cup! by communicating with our tea fields.
We only use tea from the [early harvest of the first flush, picked on the 18th night of the 8th lunar month]. Grown in our own garden, unlike mass-produced teas, with annual low-pesticide cultivation and careful tending.

① Use a little more tea leaves than usual.
② For high-quality tea, use water at a lower temperature of 45°C.
(You can also cool hot water with ice.)
③ Steep for less than 1 minute, and pour until the very last drop to bring out the umami.
