Nikka Discovery Series Aromatic Yeast Yoichi and Miyagikyo. No box. These are empty bottles (with approximately 1cm of whisky remaining at the bottom).

- Both Yoichi and Miyagikyo were purchased at a local supermarket around Spring 2023.

After opening, I continued to enjoy both bottles carefully until only about 1cm remained at the bottom.
After opening, the caps were sealed with Parafilm for storage. New Parafilm was applied each time I drank from them.

Single Malt Yoichi Aromatic Yeast
This single malt whisky utilizes the characteristics of Yoichi malt, with its robust and full-bodied flavor derived from direct coal-fired distillation. It also features a subtle layering of pear-like aroma reminiscent of ginjo sake, in addition to fruity notes of apple and banana. The peat's richness is clearly felt behind the fresh fruitiness and malt sweetness, with a pleasant, sweet aroma and a bittersweet, marmalade-like finish that lingers comfortably. An alcohol content of 48% was used.

Single Malt Miyagikyo Aromatic Yeast
This single malt whisky highlights the elegant fruitiness of Miyagikyo malt, with a subtle layering of aroma reminiscent of ripe apricots. The rich fruit sweetness harmonizes with the malt's richness, and the balanced cask aroma lingers pleasantly with soft malt and moderate peat. An alcohol content of 47% was used.

[Important Notes] Approximately 1cm of liquid remains at the bottom of each bottle. While I enjoyed the last sip of both, I personally found no issues and enjoyed them.
However, these bottles have been opened for several years. Although they were stored appropriately, the quality is likely to have deteriorated compared to unopened bottles.
Please understand this point and consider the remaining 1cm at the bottom as a bonus.

As these are fragile items, they will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap and shipped via RakuRaku Mercari便.
