?? On July 16th, a plant was damaged during shipping due to gelation, and we had to cancel the order for our own reasons.
We understand that plants may be damaged due to the temperature and humidity inside transport vehicles during summer and winter.
We recommend changing to Mercari delivery or similar services, especially for areas that experience high temperatures or drop below 0°C.

We can change to Rakuraku Mercari delivery or similar for an additional ￥500~. *This may not be possible depending on the size.

Shipping will be done on Sundays after payment confirmation. If you purchase on or after Saturday, shipping will be the following week. (We will ship earlier if possible.)

We will pack with care, but leaves or roots may fall off during shipping.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about this.
