This is an OLFA rotary cutter for fabric, using a 28mm blade.
It can cut freely from thin to thick materials.

Please lower the black protrusion to expose the blade for use.

I used this to cut paper over 10 years ago.
I found it while decluttering, and after testing it, I believe it can still cut, but please understand that it has been stored for a long time.
There is no notable damage to the exterior.
