Imperfect items may have: large or small sizes, minor blemishes, multiple bulbs, etc.
Grown using carefully selected organic fertilizers rich in minerals. These onions have a distinct flavor, even among those from Awaji Island.
Perfect for slicing raw in salads, they become surprisingly sweet when cooked, transforming your usual dishes with a new taste.
Best before: 1 to 1.5 weeks from arrival.
If you plan to store them longer, we recommend refrigerating them in the vegetable crisper.
For even longer storage, cut them into your desired size (e.g., diced) and freeze them for use in cooked dishes.
An additional ￥900 will be charged for shipping to Okinawa and Hokkaido.
