Description

Noritake POLONAISE
This is the predecessor model to the currently sold Armand.
Although this cup is a vintage item, having been on sale for 50 years, I believe its condition is good. The gold trim on the rim of the cup is beautifully applied, despite some minor scratches.
The gold trim on the cup handle, base, and saucer is also beautiful.
The arabesque-style pattern is also very lovely.
??Is Polonaise something to do with pasta?... It does look similar, doesn't it? (^^ゞ
I'm reminded of Bolognese.
Most people probably think of Chopin, right?
Apparently, this Polonaise means Polish taste.
The beautiful blue arabesque pattern originates from Poland.
