Recipe: Pine Needle Tea

1. Put 10g of finely chopped pine needles and about 2L of water in a pot and bring to a boil (adjust according to pot size).

2. Once boiling, simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

3. Turn off the heat and strain the needles with a tea strainer.

User Experience:
Drinking pine needle tea daily, and using it in cooking and my room has improved my skin and energy levels. At first, I dreaded going to the mountains to collect them, but after drinking it, I started enjoying going out to collect them every morning. It has stabilized my blood pressure and made me less susceptible to colds. I used to catch a cold every time the seasons changed, but that has stopped! The most noticeable effect was on my skin. It became incredibly beautiful. Please give it a try!
Easy way to make pine needle cider:
Fill a plastic bottle tightly with pine needles. Then, add sugar water and leave it in a sunny spot for about 3 days! If you pour out only the liquid, you'll get a fizzy drink! I drink this every day.
