These are wild strawberry fruits.
Picked this morning.
This is the last of the season.
They have a natural sweet and sour taste and are delicious made into jam.
Simply simmer with lemon juice and sugar.
They are fully ripe and soft, so they can easily get crushed.
We will send them with 20% sugar sprinkled on them in a ziplock bag.
Please add more sugar to your preference.
Shipped at room temperature in a Nekoposu box.
They have been washed to remove insects and debris (such as pollen from other weeds).
Please use them as they are for jam or fruit wine.
