Personally, I absolutely love eating it pan-fried with butter.
It can also be frozen.
When I don't have the energy to wash the frying pan, I sprinkle kinako (roasted soybean flour) on a plate, place sliced koppa mochi on top, and heat it in the microwave.
It's also delicious with walnuts on top.
I like it with a little bit of delicious salt, which enhances the sweetness.
Koppa mochi is made using a traditional, unique method by boiling and drying sweet potatoes (a type of sweet potato boiled and dried, similar to dried sweet potato) and then adding glutinous rice and white sugar. Koppa mochi is a healthy and traditional confection made without any additives, rich in fiber, which you can enjoy with peace of mind.
I am also selling many other healthy items from my home stock, such as sea salt and tea.
Discounts available for bulk purchases.
