I believe it can be used by people of all ages. It has one internal divider and two external pockets. Surprisingly, it can store more than it looks and is very convenient. It can easily fit a wallet, smartphone, keys, a paperback book, a water bottle, and even a folding umbrella. It shows signs of use, but it had this kind of used, atmospheric look from the time of purchase.
