New without tags. This is a hand crafted item. My dog modeled this item for less than 2 minutes long enough to get pictures.  This handmade scarf is great for keeping your fur baby a little warmer during the cold fall and winter months It was knit using a red heart yarn. I have other colors available as well.  Pet scarf can be used on a dog or a cat providing your pet will let you dress them up. This scarf would make a nice accessory paired with coat, shirt, or sweater. This hand crafted pet scarf is a pull over scarf They have elastic bands in them. The small size the elastic is 12 inches before it is stretched. I am sure the small size would stretch up to 18 inches without a problem. My dog is in the pictures and her neck size is 18 inches. Due to being handmade each items is slightly different. The colors may be brighter or darker in person due to poor lighting conditions. If your pet scratches at this item the yarn may break and unravel. I do not except returns.
