Vintage El Salvador Hand Painted Folk Art Serving Tray Village Scene Donkey

Hand-painted wooden serving tray from El Salvador features a charming folk art village scene. The colorful illustration depicts a rural landscape with white-walled houses, red tile roofs, a man leading a donkey, and a woman in traditional dress. Metal handles are attached to the sides what appears to be a barrel or bucket lid that forms the tray. The tray has a glossy finish that protects the vibrant artwork. This is an excellent example of art formed with available materials  In overall good vintage condition, there are a few areas of scuffed paint on the interior edges of the tray.
