This is a set of a men's Oshima Tsumugi kimono, haori (outer jacket), and haori himo (cord). It features a black base with a blue 100-kikko (tortoiseshell) pattern. The lining of the haori depicts a hawk and pine tree within a Mt. Fuji and fan motif, along with a flowing water and eggplant design. It also has a subtle geometric pattern (sayagata), chrysanthemum, and wave (seigaiha) damask weave in some areas. This ensemble comes with basting threads still attached.

The kimono has been hemmed by approximately 2cm at the waist. Please note that there are faint stains or marks resembling scratches on the lower part of the left sleeve and left front panel of the kimono, as well as on the skirt lining (hakkake). The haori has two loops for the haori himo on each side. Although this is a used item, it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable stains or damage.

[Size Guide] For individuals of standard build, the recommended kimono length (shoulder to hem) is approximately 27cm less than your height. For slimmer individuals, subtract 30cm, and for those with a fuller build, subtract 25cm. To measure your sleeve length (裄丈), extend your arm horizontally and measure from the bony protrusion at the base of your neck on your back to the bony protrusion at your wrist.
