The jade and pearls MIGHT be real - but I doubt it. Has a vintage look I think it’s handmade, but I’m unsure Beads are threaded onto a thin wire, not elastic Jade, pearls, green and white swirl, crystal, and silver beads. At its LONGEST, it is 6.125 (6 and 1/8) inches. I have a small adult wrist, and I couldn’t clasp it. It’s definitely made for a small child.
