This is a popular and affordable kimono storage paper made from Japanese washi paper.

Comes in a set of 3.

This is a garment wrap for preserving your kimono for a long time.

Careful storage is important to keep your precious kimono in good condition for years to come.

It features illustrations of beautiful women from the Hyakunin Isshu (One Hundred Poems by One Hundred Poets), and the opening is secured with a tie.

Made from the highest quality Japanese washi paper, it has a transparent window at the top so you can see the kimono inside.

Please consider purchasing this along with your kimono.

Tatōshi (kimono storage paper) is recommended for protecting your precious kimono from moisture and dust, and for long-term storage.

How about replacing your tatōshi when you air out your kimono?
If your tatōshi has turned yellow or is damp, we recommend replacing it with new tatōshi.

Please do not use more than two types of insect repellents together. Rarely, chemical reactions can occur, causing stains or discoloration.

Inner paper is not included.

[Size] Approximately 87cm x 36cm

Made in Japan

Please note that the item will be folded to fit Mercari's shipping size. We kindly ask that those who require a perfectly pristine condition refrain from purchasing.

We often receive requests for combined shipping of tatōshi, but these 3 sheets are just barely within the size limit for Mercari shipping when sent as one package. Therefore, combining them into a single shipment is difficult.
If you wish to purchase multiple tatōshi, please comment instead of requesting combined shipping. We will then make a proposal. Thank you for your understanding.

We cannot offer any further discounts. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not offer holds.
