Description
This was mine from the late 1960s. I have kept it in a box and clean and smoke/dust-free. It has velvet ribbons that tie under the chin. It is bowl shaped with a blue velvet ribbon bow. Purchased at uptown Belk Store in Charlotte, NC. White bowl shape. The tag inside says “21.” It is too small for an adult, so check the size and measurements. Vintage (that’s me in the photo (probably 7-8 years old) after my Mama had also given me a Toni Home Perm.) It was for Easter and she made my clothes but always purchased nice accessories for Easter.
