How to tie the included obi:
1. Identify the top and bottom of the obi's knot. Hold the end of the obi in your right hand and begin wrapping.
2. Wrap it around your waist, pulling firmly.
3. Secure the obi by attaching the Velcro on the end of the knot to the Velcro inside the waist wrap.
4. Adjust the knot to be slightly off-center on your back for a natural look.
