This neck warmer has long-pile boa on the inside for a soft feel against the skin.
When you touch the fabric, it feels like there's a resin-like material inside, suggesting it's a windproof type.
The size is a free size of 23 cm x 30 cm, and the material is 100% polyester.
Although it is unused, we ask for your understanding that it is a home-stored item.
