Danskin black sheer chiffon layered tutu skirt in children’s size 10/12 or large. This tutu has an adorable bow on the waist, making it adorable and elegant to wear over a simple black leotard for ballet or other dance classes. It is also cute as a normal skirt with something worn under it, as it is sheer.   It has only been tried on once, but never used for practice or performance! The waistband is elastic and stretches, which makes it very comfortable and able to be used for a long time!
