Vintage Rare Plucky the Swimming Fishing Lure With Instruction Paper Advertising

Description
While the lure itself is in rough shape, missing the tail, the instruction sheet is in good shape and very hard to find! It was found in a small plastic jar so I'm keeping it in there to keep with the originality of it.
