This is a jumper skirt with a Black Watch-style plaid pattern.
It has only been tried on and has been stored without ever being used.

The fabric is stretchy, soft, and slightly thick, with a fleece-like lining, so I believe it will be very warm.

It has a side zipper that opens wide, making it easy to put on and take off.
I think it would look very cute when paired with a turtleneck or similar inner layer.
