Vintage U.S. Capital Souvenir Dish

Souvenir glass dish commemorating the iconic U.S. Capital in Washington, DC. Measuring 5 x 5 with square convex design with no chips or cracks in a smoky glass with gold highlights. Excellent condition. For holding your jewelry, at your bar, or anywhere you need a little dish - or for anyone who loves American history or politics. The U.S. Capitol is among the most architecturally impressive and symbolically important buildings in the world. It has housed the meeting chambers of the Senate and the House of Representatives for over two centuries. Begun in 1793, the U.S. Capitol has been built, burnt, rebuilt, extended and restored; today, it stands as a monument not only to its builders but also to the American people and their government. I also have the Jefferson Memorial one featuring the cherry blossoms, so bundle and save. Most likely from the 1960's and made by Houze Glass Company but is unmarked. Blue, white, and gold paint on smokey glass. Will ship the same or next day, excluding Sundays and Holidays. New to Poshmark?
