Vintage Wooden Parrot Thermometer Wall Hanging Non Working

Description
10 x 21 Vintage wall hanging, looks like a parrot with a hanger on the back. It's sitting on a round thermometer. The thermometer does not work, I'm not sure how it works honestly since it seems to just be a piece of cardboard with a arrow attached. You could probably hook up a clock to it fairly easily instead. It does show some wear, stains and scratches. I suppose you could repaint it as well. Cool vintage piece, please see photos.
