It arrived directly from the manufacturer with a small cosmetic dent on the bottom side near the base/rim (see photos). The dent is cosmetic only and should not impact normal cooking performance or functionality. Unfortunately, I missed the manufacturer’s return window.  The retail box shown in the photos is the exact box the manufacturer used to ship the item to me, so it does show some wear from transit and storage. For added protection, I will place the manufacturer’s box inside a second outer shipping box.  Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the item description.
