Vintage Crochet Rag Rug Oval Multicolor Striped Cottagecore Farmhouse Mat 49x23

Vintage crocheted rag rug in an oval shape, featuring a multicolor concentric stripe pattern in yellow, red, navy, forest green, white, and mauve. Hand-crocheted from fabric strips, this style of rug was traditionally made from clothing and linen scraps, giving it that one-of-a-kind cottagecore charm and a story in every loop. Measures approximately 23.5 x 49.5. Sturdy and reversible, with the front and back nearly identical. Good vintage condition with life left in it. A few loose threads are present (most visible near the white sections) but the rug holds together well and is fully usable. This piece would be right at home in a farmhouse entryway, by the kitchen sink, in a reading nook, or layered into a grandmillennial-style bedroom. The kind of handmade textile that adds instant warmth and texture to a space. Spot clean recommended to preserve the vintage fabric strips. Smoke-free home. Ships free within the US. Thank you for shopping small and giving this piece a new home!
