Vase Mid Century West German Fat Lava Pottery Blue cobalt indigo Drip Glaze 5.5"

Beautiful handcrafted studio pottery vase featuring a striking blue drip glaze with textured lava-style accents. The vase has a mid-century modern form with a small neck and rounded body. The glaze is striking: deep cobalt and indigo with lighter frothy, lava-like drip textures. This style is very reminiscent of West German Fat Lava pottery from the 1950s–70s, especially the bold, textured glazes in blue and volcanic patterns. Signed on the base by the maker. Measures approximately 5.5 tall and 5 wide. A wonderful collectible piece of mid-century modern style ceramic art, perfect for display in any home décor setting.
