There is no boat inspection certificate.
I confirmed the operation of the #outboardmotor, #trollingmotor, #fishfinder, and #bilgepump, and they all worked without problems.
The pictures show everything.
I am not an expert on boats, but I will answer to the best of my knowledge.

This is a used item, so please no returns or complaints (3N).

Delivery within Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture is free. For other locations, please inquire separately about transportation costs.

I inquired with JCI, a maritime lawyer, and several boat shops, and they said it would cost tens of thousands of yen to create the necessary documents. (I have no intention of going to that trouble to get the documents or inspection.)

I believe it is okay to use it on lakes and dam lakes in its current condition.
(Of course, this is assuming you follow the rules, such as wearing a life jacket, adhering to passenger limits, using a whistle, etc.)
By the way, I was able to use it on Lake Ogawara and Lake Towada, which are near me.
Please check the lakes near your residence.

This is at your own risk.

We are looking for buyers who are willing to purchase it as is.

Viewings are welcome in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture.

Would anyone interested like to consider it?
