Sleeveless tank top style scoop neckline. Gathered on drop waist for a flared skirt. Made in USA. No fabric contents tag, but I assume this is a cotton-poly blend. Flaw: visible stain on back of skirt as shown in photos. Such a sad imperfection on this cute vintage dress, but it would still make a great costume, dress-up, play dress, or coverup for summer!
