This is a JRC NCR-700A NDB receiver.
It was removed, lightly cleaned, and stored in a warehouse.
It was in use until it was removed.
As you can see in the photos, the nameplate has faded and the details cannot be confirmed, but it has a cherry blossom mark, so it is likely one of the ship inspection tools.
The unit itself does not show significant scratches or sun damage, but the mounting bracket is made of iron and has rusted.
