This piece features 20 unique appliquéd figures, each sporting a distinct old-fashioned dress fabric—including traditional gingham checks, florals, polka dots, and retro patterns.  Design & Craftsmanship Details: Appliqué Work: Each Sunbonnet Sue figure is beautifully detailed with a clean, tight blanket-stitch embroidery outlining the bonnet, dress, sleeves, and shoes. Quilting & Sashing: The vibrant figures sit on crisp white blocks, framed by soft peach sashing featuring a precise, uniform diamond/cross-hatch machine-quilted pattern. Intricate Border: Finished beautifully on all four edges with a highly desirable white prairie-braid / sawtooth triangle trim.
