This is a Yamaha 53HL (large bore) mouthpiece for euphonium and trombone.
It is said to be Shoichiro Gekido's signature model, and is a legendary mouthpiece that was reportedly included with the YEP842S for a short period in the past.
Details are unknown, but it is said to be the same as the YAMAHA SH SPECIAL, or that it was created based on the Black & Hill 4G.
There are some marks from being inserted into the leadpipe, as is unavoidable, but overall it is in very clean condition and has been cleaned and disinfected.
The original box for the mouthpiece is not included, so it will be sent wrapped in bubble wrap.
