This is a Dennis Wick SM3 (gold-plated, large shank) supervised by S. Mead.
Cup inner diameter: 26.40mm
Rim width: 6.80mm
Bore size: 7.38mm
The shank has marks from being inserted into the mouthpiece and some areas where the plating is thin, but it has been cleaned and disinfected, and I believe it is generally in good condition.
