Vintage cream/ivory beaded clutch purse by Magid (Made in Japan). Beautiful circular beadwork pattern with metal clasp featuring faceted stones. Approx. 5” x 9”. Satin lining. Great vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. Perfect for evening wear or collectors! “Magid” was a Japanese manufacturer known for high-quality beaded handbags and clutches exported to the US during the post-WWII boom, especially popular in the 1950s through early 1970s for evening and formal wear. The style (dense seed beadwork, metal clasp with stones, satin lining) is classic for that era.
