Description
Woodstone Dave Guardala Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece Ligature
Solid Silver
Enjoy the expansive tone characteristic of solid silver and the well-balanced, tight blowing feel of Woodstone.
I used to love this when I was temporarily playing a Guardala German replica alto mouthpiece, but I sold the mouthpiece and had only the ligature for a while (as I had other metal ligatures from different brands that fit). Now I've decided to sell this one too.
There are some minor tarnishing and signs of use, but nothing that affects its playability.
(The tarnish has been mostly removed by soaking in a solution of baking soda and aluminum foil; I've also updated the images.)
I believe this ligature is the best fit for Guardala altos.
