These are handmade in Hawaii, and small batch, women owned company.   You can expect some variation due to these being small batch and handmade.  They also use remnant leather, which is a very sustainable practice to not waste natural goods.  The leather is pliable, so it’s going to hang naturally on your bag, it is not stiff.  You will see imperfections, it is new, but intended to be this way, make sure that style works for you, see photos.
