Schreiber Bassoon S16 Intermediate Model with Case, Adjusted

For sale is a Schreiber S16 bassoon made in Germany.
This model is an intermediate instrument aimed at members of amateur orchestras and wind ensembles, characterized by its solid resonance and stable intonation.

This is a rare glossy finish Schreiber, in excellent condition.

It was recently used in a performance (early May) and is ready to play immediately.

I am selling it because I have upgraded my instrument. I originally received it from an acquaintance in nearly new condition and have used it for about 8 years. It is easy to play with good intonation.

This model is no longer in production and is likely to become increasingly difficult to obtain in the future.
