Antique P&H Sterling Silver Forget Me Not Floral Bangle Bracelet Size 7.75

A substantial antique sterling silver bangle bracelet with carved scrolls, leaves, vines, and forget-me-not flowers.  This beautiful turn-of-the-century American sterling bangle has a richly detailed surface that appears carved from the silver, with flowing scrollwork, botanical leaves, abstract motifs, and small forget-me-not flowers wrapping around the bracelet. The light patina enhances the recessed details and gives the piece wonderful depth without obscuring the design.  The bracelet is marked Sterling and P & H. The P & H mark is attributed to P. & H. Bracelet Co. of Attleboro, Massachusetts, a U.S. jewelry firm listed in a Bureau of Standards publication on silver jewelry marking. Attleboro was an important American jewelry manufacturing center during this period, which supports the bracelets turn-of-the-century American sterling attribution.
