Its meticulous Japanese craftsmanship and user-friendliness gained attention, leading to its adoption by the luxury German camera manufacturer Leica, who praised it as the masterpiece of straps. They co-developed the Alligator Lock System rope end connector with YKK and launched a crossbody mobile strap compatible with smartphones.
