Vintage Buffet Crampon genuine ligature and cap, gold-plated.
Buffet Crampon genuine ligatures have logos that change with the era.
The current (though already discontinued) model has the logo BUFFET CRAMPON.
The generation before that has BUFFET.CRAMPON.
And the one before that, like this one, has the BUFFET-CRAMPON logo, likely from the 1970s.
By gold-plating this vintage Buffet Crampon ligature, known for its excellent craftsmanship and sound, it adds a moderate resistance and power to the natural blowing feel and soft tone.
Many older ligatures have stretched metal and lack screw adjustment, but as shown in photo 7, this one is still usable (the Black Diamond mouthpiece, V12*** mouthpiece, and reed are not included).
