Approximate lay flat measurements  Jacket:  Pit to Pit: 21”  Shoulder to Shoulder: 19” Sleeve Length (Shoulder seam to cuff): 25”  Length (Base of collar to hem): 31” Pants:  Waist: 17 (Flayed flat, equates to 34 waist)  Inseam: 30  Rise: 11”  Leg Opening: 8”  This suit is in good pre-owned condition but does show a few cosmetic flaws from normal wear, which are fully pictured and heavily discounted: 1. Blazer (Pinhole): There is a tiny, minor pinhole on the lower back near the hem (see close-up photo #5). It is very small and hard to spot when worn. 2. Blazer (Underarms): There is minor pilling under the armarms/armpits of the blazer, which is typical for 100% wool pieces from normal movement. 3. Pant Hems: There is some fraying/wear at the very bottom edge of the trouser cuffs/hems from rubbing against shoes (see close-up photo #13). Value Tip: If you need these pants hemmed slightly shorter anyway, your tailor can easily trim and re-hem them to make them look brand new! 4. Interior Pocket Lining: The interior white pocket bags show very light, normal pilling/lint from washing/wear.  Aside from these minor flaws, the wool fabric is beautiful, clean, and has a ton of life left!
