Description
Vintage Carriage by Timex quartz wristwatch dating to August 1998, based on the F8 case-back code. Features a white easy-read Arabic numeral dial, gold-tone hands and crown, two-tone sport-style bezel, Indiglo backlight, 30M water resistance, and a brown textured leather strap accented with a raised gold-tone Mickey Mouse character appliqué. Case back is marked Timex, Philippines, stainless steel back, base metal bezel, and CR1216 cell. Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches end to end. Pre-owned vintage condition with scratches and surface wear to the crystal, bezel, case and back, plus creasing, darkening and wear to the leather strap and adjustment holes. No Disney hallmark is visible in the photos, so the character strap is not represented as officially licensed. Operational status is untested; battery and Indiglo function are not guaranteed. A fun crossover piece for Timex, Disney, Mickey Mouse, Y2K and novelty watch collectors.
