This product is the HORI Fighting Commander PC (HPJ-07) (PC Engine Controller).

I took it out of storage after purchasing and playing with it when it was first released. I have cleaned it as much as possible and polished the terminals with a contact restorer.

*Operation confirmed on PC Engine DUO-R.

There are some minor scratches and scuffs, but no noticeable dirt, and it is in relatively clean condition.
