All Opened Cosmetics that I sell are sanitized using beauty industry standards. First whole product is sprayed with 91.9% Isopropyl Alcohol and thoroughly wiped clean, the product is then put into a UV Autoclave for further sanitizing. Product is fully sanitized and disinfected at Shipping. Ready to Use. • Pigmentation: Strong color payoff, particularly in the darker and bright shades.
