This is a beautifully detailed 3D Giovanni rose brooch dating from the 1960's. This is the GIOVANNI Longcraft Legend of the Christmas Rose Brooch in gold and silver tone metal. This mid century brooch is in excellent condition, with the Giovanni hallmark visible on the back of the leaf and secure clasp. This rose brooch is sometimes referred to as the Christmas Rose - a rose found budding in the winter. By using choice materials, Giovanni jewelry by Longcraft had great popularity in the 1960s-1970s and is often compared to Givenchy. This Measures 3 inches long by 1/4 inch wide.
