Mount Fuji Hiking Staffs - Set of 2 Wooden Staffs
These are adult and child sizes.
When purchasing at the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, the lodge owner cut one down for my child (who was about 140cm tall at the time).

At the same time, he tied a red string to the wrist for the child, as they tend to drop their staffs and to avoid mixing them up with others.
(Like ski poles)
We were able to reach the summit safely.

The lengths are: adult size approximately 88cm (as sold)
The one cut for elementary school students is approximately 77cm.
(This is the total length including the T-handle)
Weight is approximately 195g for both, almost the same (actual measurement).

These staffs are T-shaped wooden staffs with a coat of varnish. They are not plain unfinished wood.

While trekking poles are an important essential item for hiking, I felt that wooden staffs suit Mt. Fuji well.
