Description
This adorable vintage elephant pottery planter is from the 1950s era. It is unmarked but looks like Shawnee. The elephant is off-white with light green tinting around the ears and legs, and yellow flowers held in his trunk. It has a high-gloss glaze. The planter is 5.5 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide, and about 7 inches from front to back. The planter part is about 1.5 inches deep. It is the perfect size for a small succulent. This planter has a full dry white foot. CONDITION: This planter is heavily crazed all over but has no chips or cracks. The interior is slightly dirty but does not look like it was ever used as a planter. ABOUT VINTAGE ITEMS PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY AND VIEW ALL THE PHOTOS. Most of the vintage items in my shop are pre-loved; therefore, I do not know what type of environment they came from. I clean items when possible and appropriate, and describe them as accurately as I can. All vintage items are sold “AS IS.” 04112571
