Vintage Very Easy Vogue sewing pattern 9049 to make a woman's blouse with long collar that ties into a knot or bow for the look of a soft scarf collar. The loose fit and shoulder pads are typical of the mid 1980s.  Size: Misses' Size 14-16-18. See photo for a size chart with measurements.   Condition: Pattern is uncut with factory folds. Envelope has some small tears around upper edges and storage wear.   Very loose-fitting blouse has single layer collar extending into tie ends (wrong side may show), extended shoulders, shoulder pads, and short sleeves or long sleeves rolled-up (wrong side shows).
