This is a simple Noragi (work clothing) from the early to mid-Showa period, characterized by its black color and striped sleeves, known as teppo-sode (gun sleeves).
The condition is quite clean.
The sleeve cuffs are distinctive, designed like Western clothing and fastened with kohaze (loops and toggles) instead of buttons (please see the 4th image).
