Nwt's Boys Swiss Tech 3 in 1 Jacket Coat, size XXL (18), blue at the bottom and back, paint splatters at the chest, full zip with a removable and reversible jacket.  One side of the jacket is fleece, the other side is polyester.  It has zippered pockets, and a hood, hook and loop at the sleeve ends.  It's a really nice coat, will keep you warm from -2 to 21 degrees, and water resistant.
