These are Ophena's Magnetic Stirrups.

The magnet-equipped inner sole placed under your boot and these stirrups attract each other with magnetic force, allowing you to step securely into the stirrups. Since there's no risk of your boot getting caught in the stirrup, they are popular among jumpers in Europe.

Please purchase inner soles that fit your feet from Ophena's online shop. If you don't mind used items, I can include the ones I've been using. The size is EU41, which is 26.5cm in Japan.
